Carol Ford
Carol Ford and her team together have over 40 years in the insurance industry.
Carol was a senior advisor for 11 years with Sanlam, sat on their product committee, and was the only woman to be on the advisory committee. She was named as one of Sanlam's top advisors for 10 consecutive years and won many awards while with Sanlam.
She became an independent broker, 14 years ago, as she felt the need to offer more options to her clients, and again, has won numerous accolades during this period.
Carol has always felt that ongoing service is crucial to building relationships and ensuring that her clients trust her. She has succeeded in this, by the many referrals and testimonies she receives from clients that have become more than just clients.
Carol was also president of the BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL WOMAN'S ASSOC and represented South Africa at the International convention with the UN on the empowerment of woman and the girl child.
The EMPOWERMENT OF WOMAN, and the education of the GIRL CHILD has always been her most passionate cause, and she still actively does motivational talks to encourage this cause.
Brett Ford
Brett Ford has always been successful and showed early leadership skills, as a vice chancellor while schooling at the prestige Crawford College in Sandton and matriculated with distinction.
He is a great sportsman which has taught him great teamwork skills.
Brett was offered a full bursary at UJ, doing a Bcom Law degree, and then decided to follow in the family tradition and join the insurance industry.
He joined the Prosperity Group, learning the industry, before an offer of spending time in the USA, with professional golfers as a caddy and golf manager became a reality and he took time out to live and work among successful sports people.
After a wonderful learning experience, he returned to SA, to continue his career, and is currently a distribution director for one of the new up and coming companies.
Brett is driven and passionate about his family, his sport and his business, and will always strive for higher goals, by instilling honesty and integrity in his work ethic.
Alan Ford
Alan has been in the industry for over 25 years and started at Sanlam as a broker and very quickly rose in rank to a senior regional manager with the company, winning numerous awards and receiving the highest marks in exams that were required to be written.
Alan also initiated the start of the IFA NETWORK, where he had over 800 brokers under that umbrella, and also set up ABSA DATA BROKERS.
Both businesses achieved huge success and still continue to thrive today.
Alan has sat on many boards, as well as having been chairman of a number of associations throughout his working life, and continues to contribute to them.
